  • Tow-away/ no parking notices not posted
  • Required signs and cones not present on the 300 block of Hayes
  • Closure traffic-control signage stored on sidewalk rather than deployed
  • Barricade materials not stored in accordance with permit terms
  • Vehicles driven or parked within the closure area
  • Apparent mobile food vending activity without required permit
  • Overflowing trash and debris inconsistent with zero-waste and cleanup requirements
  • Public right-of-way cleanliness standards not maintained following activations
  • Prohibited general advertising within the closure area
  • Skateboarding, bicycles, motorcycles and scooters operating within the closure area
  • Vendor tables and music equipment observed operating on the sidewalk
  • Physical objects deployed on sidewalk areas despite permit restrictions
  • Sidewalk space used for event activity inconsistent with permit terms requiring unobstructed pedestrian access
