September 23, 2025 Attention SFMTA: Friday September 19, 2025Saturday September 20, 2025 This marks the 41st consecutive week of documented noncompliance under Permit No. 1091787 for the closure of the 400 block of Hayes Street. Same story as prior weeks: a blocked street with only a handful of individuals present, vehicles inside the barricades, and yet again the recurring “SIGNATURE” men’s clothing tent operating without any visible permit.
