This marks Week 63 of documented noncompliance under Permit No. 1316522. Conditions remain materially unchanged.
In addition, residents on Grove Street report sustained Saturday traffic congestion associated with the closure, including difficulty exiting residential driveways and extended backups during closure hours. These spillover impacts continue to affect surrounding blocks.
In light of sustained noncompliance and documented neighborhood impacts, we again request revocation of Permit No. 1316522.
