Re: Street Closure Permit No.1091787 for the Hayes Street Closure
Attention: SFMTA
Per the terms and conditions of the permit: “failure to comply with permit conditions, is ground for immediate revocation of the permit”.

Permit violations include but not limited to:
- Unattended barricades
- Objects in the street within 20-ft of the intersection
- Unpermitted business being operated
- Required signs not posted
- 20 foot wide minimum emergency access not maintained
- Prohibited advertising
- Skateboarding, bicycles, motorcycle and scooter use
- Barricades are not free of graffiti

We hereby demand that permit No. 1091787 be revoked immediately.
