This is a final follow-up regarding our November 19, 2025 inquiry and January 7, 2026 escalation concerning control and public access to the bulletin board located on City-owned land at Parcel K.
As of today, February 3, we have received no response, no confirmation of receipt, and no identification of the office responsible for this matter.
At present, a public-facing communication asset on City-owned land is being operated without equal access, neutral governance, or any visible City oversight. This condition has persisted for more than 2 years despite repeated written inquiries and requires immediate correction.
We are requesting, at minimum:
- Confirmation that this matter has been received and assigned; and
- A clear timeline for corrective action regarding public access and administration of the bulletin board.
