Since 2023, HVS has corresponded with multiple City departments regarding the community bulletin board located on City-owned land at Parcel K. Throughout that process, we have consistently requested a neutral public bulletin board that is available on equal terms to all neighborhood stakeholders. In February 2026, following additional correspondence and a Sunshine complaint, the City Administrator’s Office advised that internal discussions were underway and that a resolution was expected before the end of March.
