Status of this past weekend’s closure remained consistent with previously submitted weekly reports.
Same closure. Same concerns. Same silence.
At this point, the noncompliance report practically writes itself. After 80 weeks, there remains no clear explanation as to why the 400 block of Hayes Street cannot be restored to normal public use. We again call on the SFMTA Board to revoke Permit No. 1316522 and reopen Hayes Street.
