Status of this past weekend’s closure remained consistent with previously submitted weekly reports. Activity within the closure area again appeared limited relative to the public resources, traffic impacts, and operational disruptions associated with the closure.
Amid continued silence from your Agency regarding repeated compliance concerns and the basis for maintaining this closure, we demand that the 400 block of Hayes Street be restored to public use. Enough is enough.
