Conditions observed this weekend remained consistent with previously documented patterns. After more than 77 weeks of documented operational inconsistencies, noncompliance concerns, traffic impacts, and ongoing public resource allocation, there still has been no clear public explanation as to why the 400 block of Hayes Street cannot be reopened and restored to normal public use on Fridays and Saturdays.
We again call on the SFMTA Board to revoke Permit No. 1316522.
