Conditions observed this past weekend remained consistent with previously documented patterns. While surrounding traffic conditions remained heavy, activity within the closure area itself again appeared limited and concentrated among a relatively small number of users.
Vehicles also remained parked within the closure footprint during operational hours. The recurring SIGNATURE vendor was present again, and no active barricade management or lane monitoring was observed. Additional vendor activity was also observed extending onto adjacent sidewalks. Members of our group also received inconsistent verbal representations from sidewalk vendors regarding authorization and permitting associated with these operations.
Accordingly, consistent with our prior correspondence, we again call on the SFMTA Board to revoke Permit No. 1316522.
