No material changes were observed. Continued unpermitted vendor activity and informal commercial use of the public right-of-way remain ongoing, including the recurring presence of the SIGNATURE clothing vendor.
These conditions are consistent with previously documented patterns and remain unaddressed; this ongoing noncompliance raises serious questions regarding continued permit validity. Accordingly, consistent with our prior correspondence, we again call on the SFMTA Board to revoke Permit No. 1316522.
