Past weekend closure conditions are as follows:
Friday April 10, 2026
Saturday April 11, 2026, the 400 block of Hayes Street observed open to public use
Conditions observed this past weekend included:
- On Friday evening, closure operations remained in place during rainy conditions with limited activity.
- On Saturday, the street was observed to be open without prior notice or public explanation. Retailers along the corridor reported increased sales during this period.
As noted in prior weeks, continued operation of this permit is difficult to justify. Accordingly, consistent with our prior correspondence, we again call on the SFMTA Board to revoke Permit No. 1316522.
