Week 83 reflects the same compliance concerns documented throughout this permit term. Activity within the closure area again appeared limited relative to the surrounding corridor impacts and public resources associated with maintaining the closure. The recurring Signature vendor was again observed operating within the closure area, and large movable planter boxes reappeared within the public right-of-way.
The public record is now substantial while the conditions themselves remain materially unchanged. Continued documentation should no longer be necessary. It is time for SFMTA to revoke Shared Spaces Permit No. 1316522 and restore the 400 block of Hayes Street to normal public use.
