Observed Condition
On Monday, August 24, traffic-control equipment associated with the Hayes Street closure was observed at multiple locations throughout the 400 block of Hayes Street, when no permitted closure was in effect.
SFMTA Temporary Street Closure Permit No. 1316522 prohibits storage of barricade materials within the public right-of-way and prohibits closure equipment from being stored in the public right-of-way outside permitted closure hours.
The conditions were documented and reported to 311.
